Having grown his consulting company, Employ Right Global LTD, Ronald is determined to help create employment and promote innovation, especially in Africa. My Story: A Blueprint for Success
Living in two different cultures, one in which I was born and raised in Kenya and the other in which I have spent most of my time in the United States of America. Thanks to my African roots, I developed a strong attachment to the African continent, and my education in the USA provided me with international experience in doing business and seeking opportunities. When I completed my education at Northwood University of Texas, I noticed my interest in solving puzzles and business ventures. Indeed, it has always been my curiosity about industries and how their problems can be solved creatively.
This passion led to the establishment of Employ Right Ltd – a consulting company that connects the world with employment opportunities and development, especially for the young workforce in Africa.
My Vision
My vision is simple: I believe Africa’s rapidly growing population is not just a statistic—it’s a powerful engine for global innovation and progress. My goal is to be an intermediary that connects African talent with global businesses to ensure the continent’s youth are provided opportunities to create sustainable careers and economies. Through targeted staffing solutions that link companies with Africa’s burgeoning talent pool, I hope to work towards a future where employment is limitless and prosperous businesses, prosperous industries, and prosperous economies may be realized. Looking at the world today, one is assured that the future is unpredictable; nonetheless, I am willing to ensure the adoption of change in businesses.
Work Life Balance
Besides business, I am passionate about variety, enjoyment, and exploration. Wherever I go in the world, whether watching games, listening to good music, there is always a balance in the little things that make me realize life is a beautiful gift. As a father, I need to pass the lessons learned and the desire for success onto the young generation.
I am also in favor of paying it forward, whether it be by offering my expertise and time to help young startup owners or donating to local charities or organizations, because I know what can be done when we work together to make others come up. My private and working life revolves around creating relationships and creating a positive impact on society.
